Apar produces a comprehensive range of high quality Transformer oils from selected severely hydro treated Naphthenic and Isodewaxed / hydrocracked Isoparaffinic Oils free from polar compounds and have very high oxidation stability and ageing properties guaranteeing long service life. The low sulphur wax free naphthenic oils with low Viscosity Index ensure excellent cooling characteristics, high solvency and low corrosivity and the highly refined ultra low sulphur paraffinic oils ensure excellent non corrosive properties. These optimum refined Transformer Oils also possess very good electrical and insulating properties, oxidation stability and controlled low or negative gassing tendency. Extensive efforts are taken to up grade our oils to meet the latest more severe and stringent control requirements of non corrosive oils.

Castrol Alpha SP gear oils are a range of high quality solvent refined mineral oils, fortified with sulphur-phosphorous compounds to impart anti-wear and extreme pressure properties.Castrol Alpha SP oils are recommended for the lubrication of industrial gearboxes with forced circulation or splash and oil bath lubrication

A FINE Shutter surfaces must be clean and free from mois- ture, dirt and laitance. Rust and concrete residues must be removed prior to application. Apply one coat by brush, roller, cloth or spray. The product needs to be applied thin and even onto the shuttering, always avoiding excess of material. If after the application of the release agent there are still puddle-type surpluses on the shuttering, then these must be removed with a cloth or rubber scraper. Ex- cess application will tend to run down on vertical sur- faces and pool at the bottom. Over application may lead to staining of the hardened concrete. The shuttering surface must be completely covered, with an even film, without puddles.

Castrol Alpha SP product range are premium quality extreme pressure type industrial gear lubricants meeting most demanding requirements of new generation gear drives of heavy industrial machinery. These oils are blended from solvent refined base stocks with specially selected sulphur phosphorous type additive package to impart extreme pressure and anti wear characteristics .The product range have excellent thermal stability, low foaming and good demulsibility characteristics.

Castrol Alpha SP gear oils are designed to meet lubrication requirements of enclosed gear drives of industrial machinery working under heavy to shock load conditions. These oils can also be used for lubrication of chain drives, sprockets, flexible couplings, plain and roller bearings. The recommended maximum bulk fluid temperature is approximately 100 - 110'C. However continuous operation at this temperature may reduce service life of the oil. The products are not recommended for gear drives with brass / bronze components. 

Hyspin AWS has been specially formulated to provide good anti-wear and thermal stability performance using the very latest additive technology. The careful blend of additives with a high quality base stock ensures that Hyspin AWS has excellent hydrolytic and oxidative stability while exhibiting a minimal tendency to produce sludge and deposits. In addition, Hyspin AWS provides corrosion protection to ferrous and yellow metal components found within a hydraulic system. This range is designed for use in industrial hydraulic systems which require anti-wear protection. It is also suitable for other duties in which lubricants of high oxidation stability and lubrication performance are required, such as lightly loaded gears, variable speed units and bearings. The Hyspin AWS range is fully compatible with elastomer materials commonly used for static and dynamic seals, such as nitrile, silicone and fluorinated (e.g. Viton) polymers.
